Help with Bough.
Reach a person, export your data, close your account, or ask us to remove a record. If something is not working, tell us what you saw and we will look into it.

Email support@withbough.com and we will get back to you. Include your device and the app version, and a screenshot if you have one.
Export your data
You can export your data at any time from the app: open Me, then Export my data. We also offer export before you leave a family or close your account.
Delete your account
Close your account from the app under Me, then account settings. Your account is de-linked. Because content is communal, memories you contributed stay with the family and your person node stays in the tree. Export first if you want your own copy.
Remove a record or a person
If you are in a family tree but not a Bough user, or you are a parent or guardian, and you want a record or images removed, email privacy@withbough.com and we will act on reasonable requests.
Privacy and data requests
For access, correction, deletion, portability, or to limit the use of your photo location, email privacy@withbough.com. California and EEA/UK rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
Manage your subscription
The family plan is billed by the App Store. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. One subscription covers everyone in the family.
Common questions
Who can see what I add?
Only the family you invite. A memory is visible to your family by default, and you can mark items private. Nothing is public.
Does Bough sell my memories or show ads?
No. We do not sell your content, share it for advertising, or show ads. See the Privacy Policy.
What happens to the location in my photos?
By default Bough keeps it so a memory can show where it happened. You can turn location off for your uploads, or remove it from any memory, under your settings.
Can I use Bough for more than one family?
Yes. You can belong to more than one family, and each family's data is kept separate.
